ABOUT THE PROJECT
The main goal of DESK is to provide Adult Educators the means to understand the uses of Augmented Reality and integrate it within their teaching, thus making Life Long Learning an attractive process for Adults needing to catch up, by creating the DESK Toolkit.
While DESK mainly targets the group of Adult Educators, the end beneficiaries are Adult Learners needing to catch up. At the same time, stakeholders of Adult Education stand to gain as well since they are positively affected by including AR within their Life Long Learning routine.
The DESK project has five distinct Intellectual Outputs, of which the final two will be the DESK Toolkit and the Online Guide, containing the previous IOs within.
Seven organizations from an equal number of countries have partnered up in order to bring this project into life; each organization provides knowledge and experience on a different aspect of the project’s needs.
